Job Purpose:
To lead daily IT operations at ECEC Riyadh HQ by supervising the IT operations team, assigning workload, and providing hands‑on support for end users, IT assets, access, infrastructure, vendors, and operational cybersecurity, excluding PMIS support.
Responsibilities- Lead day‑to‑day IT operations for ECEC Riyadh HQ
- Assign, prioritize, distribute, and monitor work for IT team members; balance workload and follow up closure.
- Serve as the hands‑on escalation point for incidents, service requests, technical troubleshooting, and user support issues.
- Oversee support for laptops/desktops, printers, meeting rooms, approved software, email, Microsoft 365, user accounts, and access rights.
- Coordinate onboarding/offboarding IT requirements, device allocation, software setup, account creation, and access changes.
- Support LAN/Wi‑Fi/internet connectivity and coordinate escalation with service providers or technical vendors when required.
- Maintain IT asset records, inventory, device custody, warranty follow‑up, license coordination, and replacement support.
- Coordinate vendors and support operational cybersecurity practices including endpoint protection, patching, access control, secure‑use awareness, and incident escalation.
- Track recurring IT issues, backlogs, service quality, and operational risks; report priorities and status to the Manager, IT.

Minimum 5+ years of relevant IT operations, end‑user support, and hands‑on technical support experience, including lead coordination of a small IT team.
Degree:
Minimum Diploma in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related technical field. Bachelor degree is preferred.
No mandatory professional certification required. Practical knowledge is required in IT operations, end‑user support, hardware/software support, basic networking, Microsoft 365/email/user access administration, IT asset management, vendor coordination, and operational cybersecurity practices.
