DS Deep Source is seeking a proactive L1 Support professional to provide first-line IT assistance for end users in a fast-paced environment. You will diagnose common hardware, software, and network issues, document actions, and ensure timely resolution to maintain user satisfaction.
Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s in CS/IT, strong communication, and familiarity with Jira Service Desk, Zendesk, Service Now, or Freshdesk. English fluency is required;
Arabic is a plus as well.
