Digital Transformation & Enterprise Architecture, Pre-Sales Consultant

Our subsidiary (Jadaya) is seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled Digital Transformation & Enterprise Architecture, Pre-Sales Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a strategic role in pre-sales, solution consulting, business development, and solution sizing, working closely with Sales, Account Management, and Delivery teams to understand customer requirements, design innovative solutions, prepare winning proposals, estimate project effort and cost, and present consulting offerings to executive stakeholders.

The consultant will act as a trusted advisor, bridging business objectives with technology solutions while ensuring successful project delivery and exceptional customer satisfaction.

• Hands-on experience in Digital Transformation, Enterprise Architecture (TOGAF), Business Analysis, Governance, and Compliance.
• Strong experience in pre-sales, solution consulting, customer workshops, executive presentations, and proposal development (RFP/RFI/RFQ, SOW).
• Experience in solution sizing, effort estimation, resource planning, pricing, and project planning.
• Knowledge of Business Process Reengineering (BPR), Target Operating Models (TOM), Data Governance, and Privacy Impact Assessments (PIA).
• Familiarity with Cloud, AI, Enterprise Architecture, and Digital Government initiatives.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Information Systems, or a related field (Master's preferred).
• 7+ years of experience in Digital Transformation, Enterprise Architecture, IT Consulting, or Management Consulting.
• Experience with Saudi regulatory frameworks, including Qiyas, PDPL, DGA, and NCA, is highly preferred.
• Professional certifications such as TOGAF, PMP, CBAP, COBIT, ITIL, or PDPL/Data Privacy certifications are a plus.
