Services & Data Solutions Senior Director

Job Description

• Lead the Service & Data Solutions vertical, aligning strategies with EVP direction and Takamol goals.
• Drive solution proposals, support RFP responses, and build strategic partnerships to expand opportunities in socio-economic projects.
• Ensure smooth operations and successful delivery of projects with high quality, client satisfaction, and adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Provide actionable insights through advanced data analytics to inform strategic decisions and product roadmaps.
• Integrate technologies and digital innovations to continuously improve service delivery, customer experience, and competitiveness.
• Lead, mentor, and develop cross‑functional teams (project managers, data scientists, solution architects, product managers), fostering innovation and technical excellence.
• Oversee the full lifecycle, development, and monetization of data‑driven products and services (e.g., platforms, analytics dashboards, AI tools).

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Computer Science, or Software Engineering.
• 12 years in IT solutions, government services, or product‑led roles, with 3–5 years in leadership.
• Enterprise integration (APIs, microservices, middleware).
• Product lifecycle management & scaling.
• Emerging tech (AI, RPA, IoT, blockchain).
• Proven record in product development, pre‑sales, and large‑scale delivery in socio‑economic contexts.
• Knowledge about Cloud Services.
• Experience in Data & BI (big data, governance, visualization tools).
• Knowledge about Cybersecurity & compliance in government.
