Program Manager

Master works is seeking a program manager to oversee data‑related programs and ensure successful project delivery aligned with organizational strategy through effective governance, stakeholder communication, and Agile practices.

• Lead and oversee multiple data‑related programs and projects to ensure alignment with organizational goals and successful delivery.
• Apply Agile practices using tools such as Jira, Microsoft Project, and Confluence to monitor progress and performance.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies to achieve defined objectives.
• Provide strategic direction, guidance, and performance oversight to project managers and teams.
• Ensure proper reporting, governance, and decision‑making at the program level.

• Program and Portfolio Management experience.
• Solid understanding and practical application of Agile methodologies
