We're Hiring:
Oracle Techno-Functional SME (HR) — 3 Positions | 3-Month Contract
We're looking for 3 experienced Oracle Techno-Functional SMEs specializing in HR to join a client engagement on a 3-month contract basis. This is an on-site role in Riyadh.
Great opportunity for hands-on Oracle experts ready to make immediate impact.
Role OverviewAs a Techno-Functional SME, you'll bridge the gap between HR business processes and Oracle technical implementation, providing subject matter expertise across configuration, troubleshooting, and database-level support.
Key Responsibilities- Provide techno-functional support for Oracle HR modules.
- Perform hands‑on Oracle Database (Oracle DB) work — queries, troubleshooting, performance tuning.
- Collaborate with HR and technical teams to resolve issues and optimize processes.
- Support configuration, testing, and issue resolution across the Oracle HR landscape.
- Proven experience as an Oracle Techno-Functional SME in HR/HCM.
- Strong hands‑on experience with Oracle Database (SQL, PL/SQL, troubleshooting).
- Solid understanding of HR business processes within Oracle systems.
- Ability to work on‑site for the full contract duration.
- Immediate or short‑notice availability (Already holding IQAMA).
- Location:
On‑site — Riyadh, KSA. - Duration: 3 months (contract).
