• Partner with regional Sales Teams to qualify leads, identify customer pain points and create technical solutions that deliver business results.
• Lead enterprise client engagement from pre‑sales solutioning to project implementation, including demos, presentations, RFI/RFP, architecture design workshops and POC delivery.
• Act as a trusted advisor internally, collaborating with product teams and articulating feature requests to shape the product roadmap.
• Work closely with product teams to close PMF gaps and drive the roadmap for product development and iterations.
• Maintain post‑sales solution support and drive upsell/cross‑sell initiatives with Account Executives.

• Bachelor’s degree with strong business acumen.
• 5+ years of related work experience in a similar or related field.
• Experience in cloud computing and related technology ecosystems.
• Strong regional experience across the Middle East and Africa (MEA).
• Comfortable in fast‑paced, ambiguous startup environments; strong problem‑solving and resilience.
• Demonstrates strategic thinking and analytical skills through relevant past projects.

• Understanding of cloud applications and big data technologies.
• Computer science or engineering background preferred.
• Experience with large enterprise clients in e‑commerce, retail, media, entertainment, gaming, or gambling verticals.
• Previous role as solution architect or pre‑sales solution engineer in B2B AI/ML, video cloud, edge computing, or cloud computing.
• Deep knowledge of public cloud use cases, including edge network (CDN), security (WAF, DDoS), video streaming (RTC, VOD, livestream), and ML applications (recommendation, computer vision, NLP, generative AI).
