Microland in Riyadh seeks an IT Helpdesk Specialist to provide first-line support to local and international users. You will handle calls, emails and chat, troubleshoot according to SOPs, and record and escalate tickets as needed.
The role may require rotational shifts and remote assistance via a variety of tools while maintaining ticket progress and timely updates to users. Knowledge of Windows OS and basic networking is preferred.
