Oil and Gas Specialist - Transformation

Join a high-impact consulting team delivering complex technology and digital transformation programmes for leading organisations across the region.

As a Principal, you will play a key role in leading client engagements, shaping technology and digital strategies, and delivering large-scale transformation programmes. You will work closely with senior executives and cross-functional teams to solve complex business challenges and translate strategic priorities into measurable outcomes.

• Lead and manage end-to-end technology and digital transformation engagements, from strategy and design through to implementation and delivery
• Advise senior clients on complex business and technology challenges, developing practical, high-impact solutions
• Shape and deliver transformation strategies across areas including digital strategy, data & analytics, cloud, enterprise platforms, AI, and digital products
• Translate business priorities and strategic objectives into technology-enabled transformation roadmaps
• Lead complex analysis, develop insights, and present clear, compelling recommendations to C‑suite and senior stakeholders
• Manage senior client relationships and act as a trusted advisor throughout the engagement lifecycle
• Lead and coordinate cross‑functional teams across business, product, technology, engineering, and transformation functions
• Oversee programme delivery, governance, PMO activities, agile delivery, and change management initiatives
• Identify transformation opportunities, assess organisational capabilities, and develop business cases and implementation plans
• Provide leadership, coaching, and development to junior consulting team members
• Contribute to business development activities, including proposal development, client presentations, and the identification of new opportunities

• 8–10 years of professional experience within management consulting, technology consulting, digital transformation, or a related environment
• Proven experience leading complex technology and digital transformation engagements
• Strong expertise across one or more areas including digital strategy, data & analytics, AI, cloud transformation, enterprise platforms, ERP, or digital product delivery
• Demonstrable experience advising and influencing C‑suite and senior executive stakeholders
• Strong commercial awareness with the ability to connect technology investments to business strategy and measurable outcomes
• Excellent problem‑solving, analytical, and strategic thinking capabilities
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and managing complex stakeholder environments
• Strong programme management and delivery capabilities, with exposure to agile and modern delivery methodologies
• Excellent communication, presentation, and executive‑level stakeholder management skills
• Previous experience within a leading management or technology consulting environment would be highly advantageous
