Title: Management Information Systems Officer

• Provides support in extraction/submission and analysis of Management Information Systems (MIS) reports based on requirements given by the senior management and various departments.
• Coordinates with various internal departments to gather information required to generate MIS reports.
• Completes tasks to support process improvements under the MIS systems for efficient data collection and report generation.
• Collates data and supports analysis to provide information requested from the departments in a timely and accurate manner.
• Assists in completion of periodical reviews to monitor risks associated with MIS reporting.
• Supports in furnishing data for devising incentive schemes across the various departments based on information extracted from the MIS.
• Communicates and provides information on MIS service level agreements to all internal stakeholders.
• Prepare regular dashboards/reports to the wider team and top management.
• Work closely with system support team for developments and enhancements.

• Bachelor's degree in MIS or Business Administration.
• Around 2 years of experience with preferred 1 years in a relevant role.
