Independent Recruitment Consultant (freelancer) in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia seeks an Oracle EBS HRMS Techno-Functional Consultant for a 6-month contract, extendable. You will work on EBS HRMS modules, R12, PL/SQL, OAF, Forms and Reports to deliver techno-functional solutions.
The role requires 8–10+ years of hands-on experience in EBS HRMS, with implementation, support and documentation responsibilities. Local candidates are preferred; visa and airfare may be covered as part of the package.
