Solutions Architect

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect to join our technology team in Riyadh. In this strategic role you will be responsible for designing scalable, secure and innovative technology solutions that align with business objectives and enterprise architecture standards. The ideal candidate is a technology leader with extensive experience in solution design, cloud technologies, systems integration and enterprise applications. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, product teams and engineering teams to deliver high-quality, future‑ready solutions.

• Design end‑to‑end technical solutions that align with business goals and enterprise architecture standards.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, secure and maintainable technical architectures.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Business Analysts, Developers and Infrastructure teams throughout the solution lifecycle.
• Lead technical architecture discussions and provide guidance on solution design and technology selection.
• Develop architecture diagrams, technical specifications and solution documentation.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions that enhance business performance.
• Ensure solutions meet security, performance, scalability and compliance requirements.
• Support software development teams during implementation and resolve technical challenges.
• Review application architecture, APIs, integrations and cloud infrastructure to ensure best practices.
• Participate in project planning, technical estimations and risk assessments.
• Mentor technical teams and promote architectural best practices across the organization.
• Ensure alignment between enterprise architecture, business strategy and technology initiatives.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in software development, systems architecture, or solution architecture.
• At least 3 years of experience in a Solution Architect or Enterprise Architect role.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Experience with microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, distributed systems, and enterprise integration patterns.
• Proficiency in modern software development frameworks and programming languages.
• Experience with Dev Ops practices, CI/CD pipelines, containers, and Kubernetes is preferred.
• TOGAF, Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect, AWS Solutions Architect, or equivalent certifications are considered an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to lead technical discussions and influence architectural decisions.
• Experience working in Agile development environments.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and enterprise architecture frameworks.
• Fluency in English;
  Arabic is highly desirable.
• Saudi Nationality is required.
