RAN Feature and Solution Integration Engineer

About this Opportunity

Join as a RAN Senior Integration Engineer and lead end-to-end integration, software upgrades, and feature deployments across large-scale 2G/3G/4G/5G mobile networks. This role offers the opportunity to drive complex network modernization programs, lead national-scale rollouts, implement automation initiatives, and work on cutting‑edge 5G deployments while ensuring network performance, service continuity, and customer satisfaction.

• Lead software integration, upgrades, activation, rollback, and stabilization activities across live networks.
• Drive Feature Node Introduction (FNI) projects, including impact analysis, KPI validation, feature testing, and customer acceptance.
• Develop Low‑Level Designs (LLDs), Method of Procedure (MOP) documents, rollback plans, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Execute large‑scale network rollout programs and implement automation solutions using scripting and deployment tools.
• Manage integration delivery, project tracking, reporting, KPI monitoring, and rollout coordination.
• Troubleshoot network issues, perform root cause analysis, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve service‑impacting faults.
• Lead PAT and acceptance activities while ensuring First Time Right (FTR) delivery and quality compliance.
• Mentor and guide integration engineers, providing technical leadership during critical and high‑risk activities.
• Engage with customers and stakeholders, delivering technical presentations and reporting network performance and rollout status.

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Telecommunications, IT, or Computer Science.
• 5+ years of Ericsson RAN integration experience; technical leadership experience preferred.
• Proven experience delivering large‑scale network projects involving 2,500+ nodes.
• Expert knowledge of RAN technologies, particularly 4G and 5G, with working knowledge of 2G and 3G.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Ericsson ENM tools including ASU, SHM, CLI, ENIQ, and UPM.
• Solid understanding of LTE/5G architecture, 3
  
  GPP standards, and IP transport technologies.
• Experience with automation frameworks and scripting languages such as Python, Shell, and MML.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills for reporting and stakeholder communication.
• Strong leadership, analytical, troubleshooting, problem‑solving, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Experience in multi‑vendor environments and large‑scale network transformation projects is an advantage.
