- Act as the primary technical point of contact for the client throughout the project lifecycle.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Provide technical guidance and align cybersecurity solutions with business and security requirements.
- Collaborate with internal technical teams to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Support compliance initiatives and ensure alignment with NCA ECC-2:2024 requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in cybersecurity, preferably in customer-facing or technical account management roles.
- Strong knowledge of and hands-on experience implementing NCA ECC-2:2024 controls and requirements.
- Professional certifications such as CISSP, PCNSE, or Splunk Architect are highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in both Arabic and English.
- Must be based in Riyadh or Dammam, Saudi Arabia.
