About the Role

The IT Assistant Manager will oversee daily IT operations and support the group's infrastructure, systems, and networks across its development, hospitality, and investment activities in the KSA Riyadh office. Reporting to the IT Manager, the role ensures service availability, system performance, and security compliance while coordinating IT projects and technology implementations. The position supports the IT Manager in maintaining a stable, secure, and well-documented technology environment, managing vendor relationships, and delivering IT services to the highest international standards.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily IT operations and ensure service availability
  • Manage and support IT infrastructure, systems, and networks
  • Coordinate IT projects and technology implementations
  • Ensure compliance with security policies and industry standards
  • Monitor system performance and implement continuous improvements
  • Manage relationships with vendors, service providers, and technology partners
  • Prepare reports, documentation, and management presentations related to IT operations and projects
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in IT infrastructure, systems, and network administration, including some experience in a supervisory or team‑lead capacity.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows Server administration, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 services.
  • Solid understanding of networking, virtualization, backup and disaster recovery, and cybersecurity best practices.
  • Ability to manage multiple IT projects and priorities while ensuring service continuity and security compliance.
Required Skills
  • Strong knowledge of Windows Server administration, Active Directory, and Group Policy management.
  • Administration of Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Intune, Entra ).
  • Solid understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, VLANs, Routing, Switching, VPN, Wireless Networks).
  • Experience with virtualization platforms such as VMware vSphere and Microsoft Hyper‑V.
  • Backup and Disaster Recovery management, firewall administration, and cybersecurity best practices.
  • Server, storage, and infrastructure management.
Preferred Skills
  • Saudi nationals are strongly preferred, in line with Saudization (Nitaqat) requirements.
  • Cloud platform experience, preferably with Microsoft Azure.
  • Relevant industry certifications (e.g., Microsoft, VMware VCP, Cisco CCNA, ITIL, or recognized cybersecurity certifications).
  • Experience supporting IT operations in a real estate, construction, or hospitality environment.
Pay range and compensation package

A competitive, tax‑efficient compensation package will be offered, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Details will be discussed with shortlisted candidates during the interview process.
