EnDemand IT is seeking an experienced BCM and Service Now consultant for a 2-month contract in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. You will lead BCM discovery workshops with executives, assess maturity, and advise on ISO 22301, NIST, SAMA, and NCA ECC frameworks.
You will translate needs into Service Now BCM solutions, design future-state processes, own the backlog, participate in Agile ceremonies, and drive testing and UAT to sign-off.
