Overview
We are seeking an OS Administrator to install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows and Linux server environments. This role includes managing operating systems, applying patches and upgrades, monitoring system performance, ensuring security compliance, handling user access and permissions, and providing Level 2/3 technical support. The ideal candidate has experience with Windows Server and/or Linux administration, Active Directory, virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), scripting (Power Shell/Bash), and system monitoring tools, with strong troubleshooting and documentation skills.
Responsibilities- Install, configure, and maintain Windows and Linux server environments
- Apply patches and upgrades to operating systems
- Monitor system performance and health
- Ensure security compliance and implement access controls
- Manage user access and permissions across systems
- Provide Level 2/3 technical support
- Document system configurations and maintenance procedures
- Experience with Windows Server and/or Linux administration
- Active Directory experience
- Virtualization experience (VMware/Hyper-V)
- Scripting skills (Power Shell and/or Bash)
- Experience with system monitoring tools
- Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills
