Job PurposeThe UX/UI Designer is responsible for designing intuitive, user-centered digital experiences across web, mobile, and enterprise applications. The role focuses on understanding user needs, creating engaging interfaces, and ensuring a seamless user experience that aligns with business objectives and organizational branding.
Key Accountabilities- Gather and analyze user and business requirements through research and stakeholder engagement.
- Create user personas, journey maps, user flows, and wireframes.
- Design high-fidelity interfaces and interactive prototypes for web and mobile applications.
- Develop responsive, accessible, and user-centered designs aligned with modern UX/UI best practices.
- Conduct usability testing and recommend design improvements based on user feedback.
- Maintain and enhance design systems, UI components, and style guides.
- Collaborate with product owners, developers, and business stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.
- Prepare design assets and specifications to support successful implementation.
- Stay up to date with emerging UX/UI trends, tools, and design methodologies.

- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of UX/UI design experience.
- Experience designing enterprise web, portal, and mobile applications.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments is preferred.
