Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
- Prepare BRDs, FRSs, user stories, use cases, and process workflows.
- Collaborate with developers, QA, and business users throughout the SDLC.
- Support API and third-party system integrations.
- Prepare test scenarios, support UAT, and coordinate defect resolution.
- Maintain project documentation and provide post-implementation support.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a System Analyst or Business Analyst.
- Experience delivering enterprise web applications and working with Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies.
- Knowledge of BPMN, UML, SQL, REST APIs, JSON/XML, and tools such as Jira, Azure Dev Ops, or Visio.
- Experience with ERP, CRM, HR systems, or Microsoft Power Platform is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
