We are looking for an experienced Team Lead – Dev Ops Engineering to lead enterprise Dev Ops initiatives, drive CI/CD automation, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and Dev Sec Ops practices while ensuring secure, scalable, and reliable software delivery across banking platforms.
Job Title: Team Lead – Dev Ops Engineering
Contract: Yearly Renewable
Key Responsibilities- Lead and mentor the Dev Ops team.
- Design and manage CI/CD pipelines using Git Lab, Jenkins, and ArgoCD.
- Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, Ansible, Helm, and Kustomize.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and application deployments.
- Implement Dev Sec Ops using Sonar Qube, Checkmarx, and Nexus.
- Manage containerized environments using Docker and Open Shift.
- Collaborate with Development, Infrastructure, and Security teams to improve software delivery.
- 7+ years of Dev Ops/Infrastructure Automation experience.
- Proven experience leading Dev Ops teams, preferably in Banking/Financial Services.
- Strong hands‑on experience with Git Lab, Jenkins, ArgoCD, Terraform, Ansible, Docker, Open Shift, Python, Bash, and Groovy.
- Good knowledge of Git Ops, CI/CD, Dev Sec Ops , Agile, SDLC, blue/green deployments, and canary releases.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
