Solution Architect

Responsibilities

• Implement cloud services and modernization projects with expertise in infrastructure architecture, database architecture, and networking, focusing on software development.
• Design scalable technology solutions, lead architecture reviews, ensure compliance with standards, and provide technical leadership in enterprise applications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, lead architecture discussions, and ensure security and compliance in cloud environments.
• Lead design and delivery of Oracle Cloud Financials solutions, optimize finance processes, and engage stakeholders with strong Oracle implementation experience.
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and architecture guidance for enterprise applications.
• Participate in cloud transformation initiatives and contribute to on-site delivery where required.
• Engage with clients to design and deliver cloud-based solutions on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure and Amazon Web Services, providing architecture expertise and guidance.
• Lead architecture for data processing, data governance, and security frameworks across enterprise solutions.
• Lead the architectural design of integrated solutions (e.g., ERP, digital platforms, and integrations) and oversee governance and design across programs.
• Lead strategic solutioning and presales for enterprise solutions, engaging with C-level stakeholders and influencing customer decisions.
• Lead the architecture of data platforms (e.g., data lakehouse concepts) with emphasis on data governance, security, and performance.
• Design and optimize SAP solutions for retail planning and finance domains, including SAP Datasphere, SAP IBP, and S/4
  
  HANA integration considerations.
• Develop customer solutions, drive AI adoption, and collaborate with stakeholders with emphasis on Generative AI and effective communication.
• Prepare business cases, establish architecture plans, manage teams, and implement technologies while ensuring system reliability and performance.
• Design cloud architectures on Google Cloud, lead migrations, and define Dev Ops strategies with strong cloud infrastructure and communication skills.
• Lead the design of scalable data architectures and guide technical strategies for data processing and governance.
• Provide enterprise-wide solution architecture leadership, oversee governance and design across ERP, digital platforms, and integration.
• Lead the design of integrated smart city and airport technology solutions spanning mobility, energy, environment, governance, and digital services.
• Mentor software engineers, manage projects, and align technical work with business goals.

• Experience in information security and compliance;
  Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems Management, Information Security or related fields.
• Experience in risk management and internal audit including risk assessments, audits, design of controls, and enterprise control frameworks.
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage stakeholders at various levels.
