• Identify customer needs, lead research, and deliver impactful design solutions using tools like Figma, while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Support product discovery, translate requirements into design concepts, collaborate with teams, and demonstrate strong UX principles and communication skills.
• Manage the AI Agent platform lifecycle, drive product roadmap, collaborate with teams, and enhance customer experience through data-driven insights.

• Experience designing intuitive, scalable, and high-quality user experiences.
• Proficiency with design software (e.g., Figma) and AI-assisted research/prototyping tools.
• Strong ability to work with cross-functional teams and translate research into actionable design concepts.
