Infrastructure Administrator – Saudi Arabia
We are looking for an Infrastructure Administrator to join our team in Saudi Arabia.
Job OverviewThe Infrastructure Administrator will be responsible for supporting enterprise infrastructure operations, ensuring system availability, security compliance, and effective administration of Windows/Linux environments and infrastructure platforms.
Key Responsibilities- Install, configure, and maintain infrastructure components across Windows and Linux environments.
- Perform system administration activities including OS configuration, patching, hardening, and troubleshooting.
- Deploy and manage enterprise monitoring, backup, security, and endpoint management tools.
- Support infrastructure security controls and ensure compliance with cybersecurity requirements.
- Monitor system health, availability, and performance using enterprise monitoring solutions.
- Support Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes aligned with ITIL practices.
- Participate in Disaster Recovery (DR) and Business Continuity Planning (BCP) activities.
- Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for infrastructure incidents and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain technical documentation, procedures, and configuration baselines.
- Support automation initiatives using scripting tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- 4–8 years of experience in infrastructure or system administration.
- Hands‑on experience with:
- Windows Server and Linux administration
- Server troubleshooting and system hardening
- Monitoring and security agents deployment
- Backup and recovery solutions
- Virtualization platforms
- Power Shell, Bash, or Python scripting
- Experience working in enterprise or banking environments is preferred.
- Knowledge of SAMA Cybersecurity Framework, NCA ECC, PDPL, and NDMO is preferred.
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
