Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior GIS BIM Specialist Asset Management to support GIS, BIM and spatial data integration activities for a major airport asset management initiative.
Responsibilities- Develop GIS asset layers
- Validate BIM models
- Conduct spatial data quality assurance (QA)
- Integrate GIS information with Enterprise Asset Management Systems (EAMS)
- Support the foundation for digital twin capabilities
- Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience
- Proven experience with Geographic Information Systems (GIS), Building Information Modelling (BIM), and spatial data management
- Experience developing and maintaining GIS asset layers
- Experience validating BIM models and associated asset information
- Experience performing spatial data quality assurance (QA)
- Experience integrating GIS data with Enterprise Asset Management Systems (EAMS) or similar enterprise platforms
