Role OverviewAs a Presales Engineer, you will play a critical role in enhancing the sales of assigned products by offering presales support to customers.
Responsibilities- Convert customer or reseller inquiries into the right technical solutions.
- Meet with end‑users to better understand their requirements.
- Generate Bills of Materials and design solution blocks in collaboration with hardware and software vendors.
- Conduct demos and proof‑of‑concept presentations to customers.
- Arrange and conduct technical training for partners and customers.
- 2–4 years of presales experience.
- Experience with Security and SUSE products.
- Enthusiasm and a results‑driven mindset with a strong will to succeed.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work proactively.
