Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Storage Backup Lead with hands‑on expertise in enterprise storage administration and backup technologies. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Dell EMC storage platforms, Pure Storage, Huawei Storage, Isilon, Power Max and VMAX environments, along with backup administration, disaster recovery and team coordination.
Requirements- Minimum 5+ years of experience in enterprise Storage & Backup Administration.
- Strong hands‑on experience with Dell EMC Storage Administration, Dell EMC Power Max & VMAX, Pure Storage Flash Array, Huawei Storage, Dell EMC Isilon (Power Scale), Dell EMC Data Domain.
- Experience with SAN technologies (Fibre Channel, zoning, masking, multipathing).
- Knowledge of NAS administration and file storage management.
- Experience with storage replication and disaster recovery.
- Strong understanding of backup and recovery concepts.
- Hands‑on experience with storage monitoring, performance tuning, and capacity planning.
- Proficiency in Linux/Unix command‑line administration.
- Scripting knowledge (Shell/Power Shell) is preferred.
- Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities.
