Application Support Officer – ERP; Microsoft Dynamics 365; _Arabic speaker

We are seeking an Application Support Officer – ERP to provide functional and technical support for the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP platform and related business applications. The successful candidate will ensure the stability, availability, and continuous improvement of ERP services while delivering exceptional user support and maintaining compliance with organizational governance and security standards.

Working closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors, you will support Finance, HR, Procurement, and Operations modules, manage incidents and service requests, coordinate system enhancements, and contribute to ERP optimization initiatives.

• Provide day-to-day functional support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP modules (Finance, Procurement, HR, Operations).
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve application incidents while identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
• Manage ERP user accounts, security roles, and permissions in accordance with access control policies.
• Configure workflows, system parameters, and application settings based on business requirements.
• Coordinate with Finance, HR, Procurement, and other business units to translate operational requirements into ERP solutions.
• Ensure all incidents, service requests, and changes are logged, tracked, and resolved within agreed SLAs.
• Support change requests by performing impact analysis, preparing test scenarios, and participating in SIT and UAT.
• Coordinate ERP releases, patches, upgrades, and enhancements following Change Management processes.
• Maintain accurate documentation including release notes, configuration baselines, and audit evidence.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal development teams to resolve application issues and improve system performance.
• Support integrations between Microsoft Dynamics ERP and enterprise systems such as HRMS, DMS, and Data Warehouse platforms.
• Monitor ERP performance and contribute to reports, audits, and governance committees.
• Ensure compliance with IT Governance, security policies, data protection regulations, and business continuity requirements.
• Deliver end-user training and produce user documentation to improve ERP adoption and reduce recurring issues.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant certification is highly preferred.

• 2–5 years of experience supporting ERP applications.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations or Business Central.
• Experience supporting one or more functional modules:

• Experience with incident management, change management, and application support processes.
• Knowledge of SQL queries, interfaces, SSRS reporting, or Power BI.
