Digital & Innovation Manager
We are looking for a Digital & Innovation Manager to lead the Group's digital marketing strategy, performance marketing, AI integration, and marketing technology initiatives. This role is responsible for driving digital transformation, optimizing marketing performance, and enabling data-driven decision‑making across multiple business units.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute the Group's digital marketing and performance marketing strategy.
- Lead digital transformation initiatives, including AI adoption, marketing automation, and Mar Tech solutions.
- Manage media agencies and digital partners to maximize campaign performance and ROI.
- Monitor digital marketing performance through dashboards, analytics, and actionable insights.
- Collaborate with Business Units, IT, CRM, and Data teams to deliver digital initiatives.
- Identify emerging digital trends and recommend innovative solutions to enhance business performance.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, or Digital Media, including leadership experience.
- Strong knowledge of performance marketing, digital analytics, AI applications, and marketing technologies.
- Experience managing media agencies, digital campaigns, and cross‑functional projects.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
