Role Summary We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Project Manager with strong Aviation domain expertise and deep technical understanding of Cloud, Integration, Dev Ops, and Digital Transformation programs. The individual will lead a team of approximately 12 technical resources and manage multiple strategic technology initiatives for an airline client. The ideal candidate should possess a blend of aviation business knowledge, technical project delivery expertise, stakeholder management skills, and leadership capabilities to successfully drive complex projects from initiation through production deployment.

• Lead and manage a portfolio of technology projects within the aviation domain.
• Manage a team of approximately 12 technical professionals comprising Cloud, Integration, Dev Ops, and application specialists.
• Drive project planning, execution, risk management, budgeting, governance, and reporting.
• Act as the primary interface between business stakeholders, airline operations teams, and technical delivery teams.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across architecture, infrastructure, cloud, integration, and application development.
• Ensure successful delivery of projects within scope, schedule, quality, and budget.
• Provide leadership and guidance on technical and business decisions.
• Establish project governance, status reporting, and executive communication.
• Support vendor management and coordination with third-party technology partners.
• Drive continuous improvement, operational excellence, and best practices.

• 8+ years of experience in Aviation/Airline industry projects.
• Strong understanding of airline business processes and operations.

• Strong understanding of: + Cloud Platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) + Integration Platforms and APIs + Dev Ops and CI/CD practices + Infrastructure modernization programs.

• Proven experience managing large technical teams.
• Experience handling multi-million-dollar digital transformation programs.
• Strong stakeholder and executive management capabilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage geographically distributed teams.

• Technically strong enough to challenge architects and technical leads.
• Business-oriented with solid aviation industry understanding.
• Comfortable managing executives, vendors, and delivery teams.
• Capable of leading complex transformation initiatives while ensuring operational stability.
