The Data Analyst sits at the intersection of operations, business development, and marketing. You'll structure information, build trackers, extract insights from procurement platforms, and ensure the right people have the right data at the right time. Beyond pure analysis, you'll support internal operations and assist the marketing team, making this a genuinely varied role with real growth potential.

• Extract, structure, and track data from procurement portals — Oracle, SAP Ariba, Etimad, and similar platforms.
• Support the bid process by breaking down RFPs: pulling key data points on scope, deliverables, timelines, and eligibility.
• Act as the internal data focal point for all active bids — tracking statuses, deadlines, and outcomes in a master dashboard.
• Build and maintain reports that give leadership a clear, real-time view of the pipeline.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all internal records and submissions.

• Support day-to-day operational and administrative tasks for the Process & Digital System Manager.
• Manage and update internal databases in Airtable and/or Excel — keeping records structured, clean, and current.
• Help document workflows, build data templates, and identify process improvements as the team scales.

• Assist the marketing team with basic data and coordination needs — content scheduling, performance tracking, and internal briefings.
• Support management of the company's Instagram presence with a data-informed approach.

• Experience: 2–3 years in data analysis, operations support, or a coordination role, ideally in events, marketing, or a related field.
• Portals: Hands‑on experience with Oracle, SAP Ariba, Etimad, or similar platforms for data extraction and reporting.
• Analytical Thinking: Ability to read a dense document, an RFP, a brief, a report, and extract what actually matters.
• Tools: Advanced Excel, Airtable, and/or Power BI. Genuinely excited about AI tools and automation.
• Language: Fluent in English and Arabic, both written and spoken.
• Mindset: Organized, energetic, tech‑savvy, and naturally wired to think in systems, structures, and patterns.
• Education: Degree in Data Science, IT, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
