Currently, we are on the lookout for a Senior SAP HCM Consultant as an outsourcing opportunity who can perform at the top of their game to join us and contribute to our success.

• Lead end-to-end SAP HCM implementation, rollout, enhancement, and support projects.
• Configure and maintain SAP HCM modules, primarily:
• Organizational Management (OM)
• Time Management (TM)
• Payroll (PY)
• Travel Management (TV)
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP HCM functional solutions.
• Conduct workshops with business users to gather and validate requirements.
• Prepare functional specifications for custom developments and integrations.
• Collaborate with ABAP developers during development, testing, and deployment.
• Perform system configuration, unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Support payroll processing, payroll schema customization, and payroll troubleshooting.
• Configure leave management, attendance, work schedules, shifts, overtime, holidays, and absence quotas.
• Implement and support SAP Travel Management processes including travel requests, expenses, reimbursements, and settlements.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Support SAP upgrades, patches, and system improvements.
• Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company HR policies.
• Mentor junior consultants and provide knowledge transfer to project teams.
• Prepare functional documentation, configuration documents, and end-user manuals.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 10+ years of hands-on SAP HCM implementation and support experience.
• Strong expertise in:
• SAP Time Management
• SAP Payroll
• SAP Travel Management
• Organizational Management (OM)
• Experience with full project lifecycle implementations (Blueprint, Realization, Go-Live, and Support).
• Strong knowledge of payroll schemas, rules, wage types, personnel calculations, and payroll processing.
• Experience in configuring:
• Leave Management
• Work Schedules
• Shift Planning
• Overtime
• Public Holidays
• Experience integrating SAP HCM with Finance (FI/CO), Success Factors, or third-party systems.
• Strong understanding of SAP authorization concepts related to HCM.
• Experience working with ABAP developers for custom developments and enhancements.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

• SAP Success Factors integration experience.
• SAP Fiori experience for HCM applications.
• Experience in SAP S/4
  
  HANA HCM environments.
• Experience with Middle East Payroll, preferably Saudi Arabia Payroll.
• SAP HCM Certification is highly preferred.
