Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant Full-time Hybrid
Strong functional expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM modules.
Experience in Core HR, Payroll, OTL, Talent Management, and Absence Management.
Gather business requirements and translate them into Oracle Fusion HCM solutions.
Perform functional configuration, testing, and deployment activities.
Support business process improvements and system enhancements.
Prepare functional specifications, test cases, and documentation.
Coordinate with technical teams for integrations and customizations.
Provide end-user support and resolve functional issues.
Participate in client meetings and provide functional guidance.
