Flint International is seeking a highly experienced L3 Network Engineer to lead the design, implementation, optimization, and support of complex enterprise and hybrid cloud networking environments. This senior-level role is ideal for a network specialist with deep expertise in architecture, automation, cloud networking, and advanced troubleshooting who can serve as the highest technical escalation point across critical infrastructure projects.

As an L3 Network Engineer, you will be responsible for architecting and supporting large-scale enterprise networking solutions across LAN, WAN, WLAN, SD-WAN, data center, and cloud environments. You will work closely with business stakeholders, project teams, vendors, and customers to deliver secure, scalable, and high-performing network solutions that align with organizational objectives. The role requires strong hands-on expertise with Cisco technologies, cloud networking platforms, automation frameworks, and network security principles.

In addition to technical leadership, you will contribute to presales activities, network assessments, disaster recovery planning, and strategic infrastructure initiatives. • Lead the design and implementation of scalable enterprise network architectures.
• Design, deploy, and manage LAN, WAN, WLAN, SD-WAN, and hybrid cloud networking solutions.
• Act as the highest level technical escalation point for critical network incidents.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and service restoration activities.
• Support presales engagements by developing technical solutions, architecture designs, and ROI assessments.
• Conduct network audits, assessments, and infrastructure optimization reviews.
• Lead large-scale network deployment, migration, and transformation projects.
• Manage relationships with network vendors, service providers, and technology partners.
• Automate network operations and provisioning processes using scripting and automation tools.
• Develop, test, and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
• Monitor network performance and implement enhancements to maximize efficiency and reliability.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, network diagrams, and change management records.
• Collaborate with security, cloud, infrastructure, and application teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Network Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience in enterprise network engineering and infrastructure operations.
• CCIE Certification (Mandatory).
• Advanced expertise in TCP/IP networking and enterprise communication protocols.
• Strong knowledge of DNS, DHCP, VPN, Routing, and Switching technologies.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Cisco Routers, Switches, Wireless Networks, and Cisco ACI.
• Proven experience designing and managing data center and spine-leaf network architectures.
• Hands-on experience with AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud networking environments.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience supporting mission-critical enterprise networking environments.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to lead technical teams and manage multiple concurrent projects.

• Experience with SD-WAN deployment and optimization.
• Hands-on knowledge of Python, Ansible, or other network automation frameworks.
• Experience with Network Access Control (NAC) solutions.
• Strong understanding of enterprise network security architectures and access control frameworks.
• Experience with cloud-native networking and multi-cloud connectivity solutions.
• Knowledge of performance tuning, capacity planning, and advanced network monitoring tools.
• Experience supporting digital transformation or large-scale infrastructure modernization initiatives.
