Key Responsibilities , Accountabilities, and Duties Technical/Core

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Provide technical assistance and guidelines for effective management of the networks, servers, storage, and other critical IT components.
• Assist in designing and implementing robust IT infrastructure solutions that meet Sehati requirements.
• Deploy and configure servers, storage, network devices, and other infrastructure components.
• Provide technical assistance for proactive monitoring and maintenance to ensure high availability and performance of IT systems.
• Design, configure, and manage local area networks (LAN), wide area networks (WAN), and cloud-based networks.
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal operation.
• Assist in developing and implementing implement disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
• Provide technical assistance for effective backup and recovery processes to ensure data integrity and availability.
• Assist in optimizing infrastructure components to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Provide technical support to resolve infrastructure-related issues.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation of infrastructure configurations, procedures, and policies.
• Prepare reports on infrastructure performance, issues, and improvements.
• Manage relationships with infrastructure vendors and service providers.
