We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to support multiple brands within our group. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing intuitive, visually appealing, and conversion-focused user experiences while also maintaining and optimizing our Salla stores by ensuring product information, user interface, SEO, and overall customer experience meet the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities- Design user-centered interfaces for multiple brand websites, e-commerce stores, and digital platforms.
- Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
- Conduct UX research to understand customer behavior, pain points, and user needs.
- Improve website usability and optimize customer journeys to increase engagement and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with E-Commerce, Marketing, Branding, Product, and Development teams to deliver outstanding digital experiences.
- Design responsive interfaces for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
- Develop and maintain design systems and reusable UI components across multiple brands.
- Ensure consistency while adapting designs to each brand's visual identity and guidelines.
- Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
- Conduct usability testing and analyze customer feedback to continuously improve digital experiences.
- Optimize landing pages and website interfaces for Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).
- Support new website launches, redesign projects, and seasonal campaign pages.
- Stay updated on UX trends, accessibility standards, and emerging design technologies.
- Audit, update, and maintain product information across Salla stores, ensuring accuracy in product details, images, pricing, and specifications.
- Optimize product pages for SEO and improved user experience.
- Ensure consistency in content, design, and customer experience across multiple e-commerce stores and brands.
- Support the E-Commerce team with content updates, merchandising, and ongoing store improvements.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, UI/UX Design, Digital Media, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably within e-commerce or retail.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating UX thinking, UI design, and end-to-end digital projects.
- Experience designing for responsive websites and mobile-first experiences.
- Experience collaborating with developers and cross-functional teams.
- Hands-on experience managing Salla stores is required.
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices and e-commerce optimization.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
- Figma
