Expro is seeking an IT Help Desk Analyst to answer and resolve calls routed through the Groups Help Desk, providing courteous support for IT users on site and remotely. The role covers hardware, software and network support in a global organization.
The ideal candidate has 2+ years in IT support, knowledge of Windows OS, Office, basic networking, and a preferred A+ certification. On-call rotation and participation in IT projects are part of the duties.
