This role is a leadership role responsible for providing governance, oversight, and advisory support across technology infrastructure, connectivity ecosystems, and operational readiness initiatives throughout Red Sea Global.
The role ensures that connectivity, infrastructure, and operational initiatives remain aligned with organizational priorities, regulatory requirements, operational needs, and long-term technology objectives while promoting consistency, scalability, and sustainable growth across all destinations. The role operates across multiple stakeholders, providing strategic guidance, facilitating collaboration, identifying risks and dependencies, and supporting leadership in driving informed decisions that strengthen Red Sea Global's technology ecosystem.

- Technology Infrastructure and Connectivity.

- Hospitality Technology Connectivity.
- Service Providers and Telecom Operators & Ecosystem Management.
- Infrastructure Ecosystem Governance & Oversight.
- Cross-Destination Technology Standardization.
- Regulatory and Compliance Alignment.
- Strategic Planning & Continues Improvements.
- Contribute to the Division’s strategy and business plans from the Department’s perspective in alignment with RSG’s vision and mission.
- Develop the Department’s business plans, objectives, KPIs, and operational plans, ensuring successful implementation.
- Prepare and manage the Department’s annual budget, aligning resources with planned activities and monitoring financial performance.
- Oversee development and adherence to Department policies and procedures; ensure departmental KPIs are developed, cascaded, and monitored.
- Ensure effective staffing, professional development, and deployment of Department staff in coordination with the Division Executive.
- Manage the Department’s relationship with internal and external customers to ensure needs are addressed efficiently.
Academic
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- MBA or equivalent postgraduate degree is preferred.
Experience:
- Experience in telecommunications, connectivity, infrastructure, technology operations, smart cities, digital infrastructure, or large-scale development projects.
- Experience working with telecom operators, infrastructure providers, system integrators, or giga-project environments.
- Experience operating within complex multi-stakeholder organizations.
- Experience in governance, strategic planning, operations, or program management.
- Telecommunications, connectivity, infrastructure, or digital ecosystem background.
- Experience with in telecom operators, neutral hosts, infrastructure providers, system integrators, or large-scale developments.
- Strong understanding of regulatory and multi-operator environments.
- Experience in smart cities, hospitality technology, giga projects, or destination developments is highly desirable.
- Exposure to infrastructure operations and service lifecycle management is preferred.
