We are seeking a Senior Data Privacy & Personal Data Protection Specialist to develop and oversee privacy policies, ensure regulatory compliance, and support enterprise-wide data protection initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain data privacy policies.
- Ensure compliance with Personal Data Protection regulations.
- Conduct Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs).
- Support data classification and handling standards.
- Review privacy risks and recommend mitigation actions.
- Work closely with Legal, Information Security, and IT teams.
- Conduct awareness and training sessions.
- Support audits and regulatory assessments.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience.
- Strong knowledge of Data Privacy regulations.
- Experience with privacy governance frameworks.
- Knowledge of ISO 27701, GDPR, or similar standards is preferred.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
