About Us
Octopus by RTG is the outsourcing and recruitment arm of RTG, dedicated to providing top talent and strategic solutions across various industries. We are currently partnering with a leading insurance company in Saudi Arabia to drive innovation and enhance customer experiences. To support this high-impact collaboration, we are seeking a skilled UX Researcher to join the team on-site in KSA. As a Senior UX Researcher, you will be instrumental in understanding the needs, behaviors, and motivations of users to inform and guide the design process.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including UX designers, business strategists, and project managers, ensuring that our solutions are both user-centric and aligned with business goals. Your insights will play a critical role in shaping the overall user experience for our client's products and services.
- Conduct in-depth user research to gather insights on user behavior, needs, and pain points.
- Collaborate with UX designers and product teams to translate research findings into actionable design recommendations.
- Develop and implement research plans, including user interviews, surveys, usability testing, and field studies.
- Synthesize research findings into clear, concise reports and presentations for stakeholders.
- Work closely with business and project management teams to ensure research aligns with business objectives and project timelines.
- Advocate for the user experience within the team and with stakeholders.
- Participate in iterative design processes, providing feedback and suggestions based on research findings.
- 5+ years of experience in UX research, preferably with a strong background in customer experience (CX) and business strategy.
- Proven ability to conduct various research methodologies, including qualitative and quantitative methods.
- Strong analytical skills and experience in turning research data into actionable insights.
- Familiarity with project management practices and ability to work within project timelines.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly convey research findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Previous experience working on projects in Saudi Arabia or a deep understanding of Saudi culture and customer behaviors is highly preferred.
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
