The P3O Officer will support governance, coordination, and portfolio management activities across multiple projects and programs. The role is responsible for ensuring standardized reporting, accurate portfolio visibility, effective documentation, and adherence to project delivery frameworks.

• Support the Project / Program Manager in planning, monitoring, and controlling project portfolios.
• Prepare dashboards, KPI trackers, performance summaries, and regular progress reports.
• Maintain project and program documentation, including risk, issue, dependency, change, and stakeholder registers.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings, prepare minutes of meetings, and follow up on action items.
• Support the development and maintenance of project plans, milestones, baselines, dependencies, and progress updates.
• Coordinate and consolidate project and program status reports, highlight reports, management dashboards, and board reports.
• Ensure projects and programs follow approved governance standards, reporting mechanisms, templates, and procedures.
• Support the implementation of consistent project management standards, guidelines, and delivery templates.
• Track cross-project dependencies, risks, issues, and changes, and elevate where required.
• Facilitate project start-up, planning, risk, issue, and closure workshops when needed.
• Assist in quality reviews, delivery tracking, transition management, and overall project governance activities.
• Coordinate with project teams and stakeholders to ensure accurate, timely, and consistent portfolio reporting.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• 3-7 years of experience in PMO, P3O, project coordination, or portfolio support within an IT or service delivery environment.
• Strong knowledge of project governance, portfolio reporting, risk management, issue management, dependency tracking, and change control.
• Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, Power BI, EPM, and related governance and reporting tools.
• Experience preparing dashboards, KPI trackers, management reports, and project status updates.
• Good understanding of project lifecycle, project planning, documentation, stakeholder coordination, and delivery governance.
• Relevant certifications in project management or service management, such as PMP, ITIL, or equivalent, are preferred.
• Strong communication, coordination, analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work with cross-functional teams.
