Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled unified communication Engineer (Avaya , Cisco ) to join our team. The ideal candidate should have proven experience implementing, and supporting AVAYA Aura solutions , Cisco unified communications , Session boarder controllers and contact center is a plus, with a strong background in telecommunications and related technologies. This role involves working closely with clients to solve complex technical issues ,applying change requests ,implementation and support phases of projects.
MustHaves:
- 5+ years of experience working with unified communication , call center systems .
- Strong knowledge of VoIP protocols such as SIP, H.323, DHCP, DNS, LAN, and WAN technologies.
- Technical Certifications from Avaya , Cisco , Genesys .,etc.
- Experience with virtualization platforms and cloud environments is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate technical concepts effectively.
