Technical Account Manager, SIEM at Anomali
About the role Anomali is seeking a technical expert to join our EMEA Customer Success team in Riyadh. You will act as a primary advisor for our clients, helping them navigate the Anomali Intelligence-Native Agentic SOC Platform to achieve their security and threat intelligence objectives.

Full-time Team: EMEA Customer Success
- Serve as an expert user of the Anomali platform to drive customer adoption and value.
- Manage technical requests and resolve issues while acting as a dedicated advocate for your accounts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders.
- Monitor account usage, develop custom dashboards, and provide best practice guidance.
- Track performance metrics and report progress to both internal teams and external partners.
- Coordinate with onboarding, technical support, engineering, sales, and product management teams to ensure a unified customer experience.
- Adhere to all company security and privacy policies regarding data and information systems.
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or 3 additional years of relevant experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in technical customer success, solutions engineering, or sales engineering within the SaaS or cybersecurity sector.
- Proficiency in SIEM, SOAR, Firewalls, EDR/XDR, and security log telemetry.
- Hands-on experience with at least one SIEM platform such as Splunk, QRadar, or Arcsight.
- Background in enterprise accounts, Sec Ops, and Threat Intelligence.
- Understanding of networking concepts and various operating systems.
- Ability to communicate complex technical details to non-technical stakeholders.
- Must be located in and authorized to work in Saudi Arabia.
- Willingness to travel up to 25 percent of the time.
- Experience using Gainsight, Salesforce, and JIRA.
