Data & Technology Director

We are looking for an experienced Data amp Technology Director to lead the organization s data strategy enterprise systems IT infrastructure cybersecurity and digital technology roadmap across a growing multi-location business This role is responsible for ensuring that technology and data become strong business enablers supporting operational efficiency guest experience scalability reporting accuracy and long-term growth The ideal candidate will have strong leadership experience across POS ERP integrations data platforms analytics cybersecurity infrastructure and technology operations The Data amp Technology Director will oversee key technology functions manage critical systems and vendors improve system reliability strengthen cybersecurity governance and enable data-driven decision-making across the organization.

• Lead the overall data technology IT infrastructure cybersecurity and enterprise systems strategy
• Own the technology roadmap including POS systems ERP digital ordering integrations automation data platforms and business applications
• Manage and improve critical systems across all locations to ensure reliability availability performance and scalability
• Lead the organization s data strategy by centralizing data sources improving reporting capabilities and enabling better business decision-making
• Develop and improve dashboards analytics tools reporting models and data visibility for key stakeholders
• Oversee technology operations including infrastructure networks systems support cybersecurity data governance and analytics
• Lead the integration architecture between core systems such as POS ERP CRM ordering platforms finance systems and reporting tools
• Manage technology vendors contracts service providers implementation partners SLAs and support agreements
• Ensure cybersecurity controls policies risk management incident response and access management processes are properly implemented
• Maintain compliance with relevant data protection cybersecurity and local regulatory requirements
• Support digital transformation initiatives that improve guest experience operational efficiency automation and business growth
• Build and maintain technology policies governance frameworks documentation and standard operating procedures
• Monitor system uptime project delivery cybersecurity incidents vendor performance and technology KPIs
• Lead develop and manage technology and data teams with clear accountability and performance expectations
• Prepare technology performance reports roadmap updates risks and recommendations for senior leadership

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Data, Business Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in technology, IT, data, digital transformation, systems, or enterprise applications.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a technology leadership role managing multiple technology functions or teams.
• Experience in F&B, retail, hospitality, restaurants, or multi-location businesses is strongly preferred.
• Strong experience with POS systems, ERP systems, digital ordering platforms, integrations, and business applications.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networks, cloud platforms, cybersecurity, system administration, and business continuity.
• Experience leading data strategy, data governance, analytics, reporting, and dashboard development.
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity governance, risk management, incident response, access control, and compliance.
• Knowledge of local data protection and cybersecurity regulations is preferred.
• Proven experience managing technology vendors, contracts, SLAs, implementation partners, and support providers.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Strong project management, roadmap planning, prioritization, and execution skills.
• Ability to translate business needs into practical technology and data solutions.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication, reporting, and presentation skills.
• Strong command of Arabic and English.
