We are seeking an experienced Windows Systems Administrator to join our IT team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time opportunity is ideal for an Arabic-speaking resident with 3-5 years of professional experience managing Microsoft-based enterprise environments. The successful candidate will play a critical role in maintaining secure, reliable, and high-performing Windows Server infrastructure while supporting business continuity and organizational technology operations.

Key Responsibilities- Manage, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows Server environments.
- Administer and support Active Directory services.
- Configure and maintain DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
- Monitor server performance, security, and system availability.
- Support and maintain enterprise IT infrastructure.
- Administer Microsoft Office 365 services and user accounts.
- Provide technical support and resolve infrastructure-related issues.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex system and network problems.
- Ensure system reliability, security, and operational efficiency.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in Windows system administration.
Technical Skills
- Strong expertise in Windows Server administration.
- Advanced knowledge of Active Directory.
- Experience with DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
- Solid understanding of network infrastructure.
- Experience administering Microsoft Office 365.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Certification
- MCSA Certification is preferred.
