Senior Business Analyst with deep expertise in the Cards & Payments domain, particularly in Acquiring, Authorization Processing, and Payment Switching platforms.

The role requires strong analytical skills, stakeholder management, and solution design capabilities to drive successful delivery across complex payment ecosystems.

Requirement Analysis:
Gather, document, and validate business requirements across payment systems.

Stakeholder Engagement:
Collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and vendors to ensure alignment on business needs.

Solution Design:
Translate business requirements into functional specifications and support solution architecture.

Delivery Support:
Partner with technology teams during development, testing, and deployment phases to ensure successful implementation.

Domain Expertise:
Provide subject matter expertise in acquiring, authorization, and switching platforms to guide decision-making.

Process Improvement:
Identify opportunities to optimize workflows and enhance system efficiency.

Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the Cards & Payments industry.

Strong knowledge of Acquiring, Authorization Processing, and Payment Switching.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work across cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field

Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
