- Test and provide feedback on English and Arabic voice-bots to ensure optimal performance and quality.
- Collaborate with client’s meetings and support live demos to showcase our technology.
- Support with Arabic Text-To-Speech model performance.
- Analyze business use cases based on client recordings and contribute to Proof of Concept (POC) documentation.
- Support the development and testing of the Script Recommendation Agent.
- Test optimization and acceptance: test, optimize and accept the output content to ensure the final quality.
Job requirements:
- Strong learning ability, interested in AI, familiar with various AI tools and Microsoft platforms.
- Logical thinking, attention to detail, and a methodical approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
- Fluency in English, with excellent communication skills.
- Saudi nationality, with a deep understanding of different Arabic accents and dialects.
- Full-time on-site support in Riyadh, with IT experience.
