OMED Group is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Pre-Sales Manager to lead its ICT and ELV pre-sales function and support business growth across the Saudi Arabian market. The role is focused on developing technically robust ICT and ELV solutions, leading pre-sales activities, and delivering competitive technical and commercial proposals for customers and tender opportunities.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in ICT and ELV solution design, estimation, BOQ preparation, RFP and RFQ responses, tender documentation, and customer engagement. The position requires strong technical knowledge across structured cabling, fiber optics, active networking, data centers, security systems, audiovisual solutions, and building management systems.

• Lead the ICT and ELV pre-sales function and coordinate pre-sales activities.
• Develop technical solutions aligned with customer requirements and project specifications.
• Lead solution design and technical proposal development.
• Support business development teams throughout the sales and tender lifecycle.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to pre-sales team members.

• Design ICT and ELV solutions based on customer requirements and project specifications.
• Develop solutions covering structured cabling, fiber optics, FTTH, active networking, data centers, CCTV, access control, fire alarm systems, AV, and BMS.
• Evaluate technical requirements and recommend appropriate technologies and solutions.
• Coordinate technical solutions with customers, consultants, vendors, and internal engineering teams.

• Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and project estimations.
• Develop technical and commercial proposals.
• Review project requirements, specifications, drawings, and tender documentation.
• Ensure proposals are technically compliant and commercially competitive.
• Coordinate pricing and technical inputs with relevant internal teams and vendors.

• Lead responses to RFPs, RFQs, and tender opportunities.
• Review tender requirements and identify technical and commercial risks.
• Prepare technical compliance documentation and tender submissions.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders to obtain required technical and commercial information.
• Support negotiations and clarification meetings throughout the tender process.

• Conduct customer meetings, technical presentations, and solution demonstrations.
• Build strong relationships with customers, consultants, and strategic technology vendors.
• Provide technical clarification and support throughout the sales cycle.
• Maintain awareness of emerging ICT and ELV technologies and vendor solutions.

• Support business growth by identifying suitable ICT and ELV solutions and opportunities.
• Mentor and develop pre-sales team members.
• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Project Management, Procurement, and Operations teams.
• Contribute technical expertise to strategic business development initiatives.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or a related field.

• Minimum 12 years of experience in ICT and ELV Pre-Sales.
• Extensive experience in ICT and ELV solution design and technical proposal development.
• Strong experience with BOQs, estimations, technical and commercial proposals.
• Proven experience with RFP/RFQ responses and tender documentation.
• Experience working with leading ICT and ELV vendors is an advantage.
• Must be currently based in Riyadh.
• Transferable Iqama is preferred.
