IT Manager
We are in search of an experienced and highly skilled IT Manager to join our team in Riyadh. As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company's information technology infrastructure and ensuring its smooth operation. You will work closely with our senior management to understand their technology needs and provide strategic solutions to improve efficiency, productivity and overall performance.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices
- Oversee the maintenance and upgrade of hardware, software, and network systems
- Manage the IT budget and ensure cost-effective use of resources
- Identify potential risks and implement security measures to protect company data
- Provide technical support to employees regarding hardware, software, and network issues
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology to suggest improvements for the company's infrastructure
- Collaborate with department heads to understand their technology needs and provide solutions that align with business goals
- Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate IT staff
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Proven experience as an IT Manager or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of network administration, security systems, databases, and cloud computing technologies
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-tech individuals
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing a team effectively
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Please note that this position is open to Indian nationals who are fluent in English. Accommodation will not be provided by the company. Candidates must have their own valid visa for employment in Saudi Arabia.
