- Coordinate day-to-day NOC operations on the client side.
- Ensure timely resolution of incidents while maintaining service quality.
- Coordinate incident escalations with internal teams and vendors.
- Monitor critical incidents and ensure timely communication with stakeholders.
- Coordinate troubleshooting and resolution activities across technical teams.
- Track incident progress and ensure compliance with SLAs.
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in System Administration, Or NOC operation.
- Strong knowledge of incident management and escalation processes.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with ITIL practices and network monitoring tools is preferred.
- Arabic speaker with good communication skills in both English and Arabic.
- Basic knowledge of monitoring tools such as PRTG, App Dynamics, and Solar Winds.
- Basic understanding of servers and networking.
