We are seeking a motivated and technically skilled IBM File Net P8 Administrator / ECM Support Engineer with 2–3 years of experience in IBM Enterprise Content Management technologies. The ideal candidate should have hands‑on experience with IBM File Net P8, IBM Business Automation Workflow (BAW), IBM Web Sphere Application Server Network Deployment (ND), Linux administration, and Microsoft SQL Server. The candidate will be responsible for supporting, maintaining, troubleshooting, and administering ECM environments while ensuring high availability and performance.
Key Responsibilities:- Administer and support IBM File Net P8 Content Platform Engine (CPE) and related components.
- Install, configure, and maintain IBM Content Navigator (ICN) and File Net services.
- Support IBM Business Automation Workflow (BAW) environments and assist in deployment activities.
- Deploy and manage enterprise applications on IBM Web Sphere Application Server ND.
- Monitor application health, troubleshoot production issues, and perform root cause analysis.
- Configure and maintain Linux servers hosting File Net and Web Sphere environments.
- Manage Microsoft SQL Server databases related to File Net and BAW applications.
- Analyze application, Web Sphere, and File Net logs to identify and resolve issues.
- Perform environment health checks and optimize system performance.
- Coordinate with application development, infrastructure, database, and security teams during deployments and production support.
- Participate in production support, incident management, and change management activities.
